REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
  • Obtained favorable settlement during trial for defendant, a vitamin company, in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Bausch & Lomb in the Western District of New York
  • Represented plaintiff, a medical device manufacturer, in a patent infringement lawsuit related to the sales of suture anchors and other medical devices used in orthopedic surgical procedures in the Eastern District of Texas (jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for $17,400,000)
  • Obtained default judgment for plaintiff, a dental device manufacturer, in the Eastern District of Michigan against Pakistani counterfeiters, obtaining Court orders to have the counterfeiters’ PayPal accounts frozen and funds transferred to plaintiff
  • Obtained early dismissal on behalf of defendant, a refuse container manufacturer, in a patent infringement lawsuit in the Northern District of Illinois
  • Obtained settlement of patent infringement lawsuits in the District of Colorado and the Southern District of Texas for defendant fuel delivery system manufacturer
  • Obtained jury verdict for plaintiff, a fuel delivery system manufacturer, in the District of Colorado in breach of patent settlement agreement case
  • Obtained settlement of two U.S. International Trade Commission Section 337 investigations for electronic nicotine delivery system company respondents
