- Represented plaintiff, a medical device manufacturer, in a patent infringement lawsuit related to the sales of suture anchors and other medical devices used in orthopedic surgical procedures in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for $17,400,000)
- Successfully defended and resolved patent infringement lawsuit for defendant, seafood company, regarding pouched seafood products in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio
- Served as counsel for company that sells silicone feeding mat products, and was featured on the television show Shark Tank, in a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana
- Represented plaintiff, a medical device manufacturer, in a trade secret and patent infringement lawsuit related to various medical devices in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida
- Counsel for patent owner, a medical device manufacturer, in a series of IPRs before the PTAB and through Federal Circuit appeal (pending)
