- Successfully defended respondent Canadian furniture manufacturer in U.S. International Trade Commission investigation, obtaining a determination of noninfringement, invalidity, and estoppel after trial
- Won summary judgment in favor of Defendant in patent infringement action regarding plastic bakery trays
- Secured injunction, attorney fee award and contempt sanctions for Plaintiff in trademark lawsuit
- Achieved reversal of PTAB decision in reexamination before the CAFC
- Obtained stipulation vacating PTAB decision for telematics manufacturer before the CAFC, avoiding cost and delay of full CAFC appeal
- Obtained early dismissal on behalf of Defendant, a refuse container manufacturer, in a patent infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
- Defended vitamin company in a patent infringement lawsuit (obtained favorable settlement during trial)
