APPROACH
“My practice focuses on helping clients build, protect, and strategically manage their intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution, portfolio development, clearance and risk analysis, and practical IP counseling.
I bring a business-minded and technically grounded perspective to intellectual property matters. With a background in mechanical engineering and experience preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, I help clients protect innovations, brands, and product lines in a way that supports their broader commercial objectives. My litigation and dispute experience also informs my counseling, allowing me to evaluate issues such as enforceability, freedom to operate, prosecution risk, and long-term portfolio value when developing protection strategies.
My goal is to help clients obtain meaningful intellectual property protection that is legally sound, commercially useful, and aligned with how they compete, grow, and create value in the marketplace.”
