- Represented defendant, a vitamin company, in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Bausch & Lomb in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York (settled favorably during trial)
- Represented plaintiff, a medical device manufacturer, in a patent infringement lawsuit related to the sales of suture anchors and other medical devices used in orthopedic surgical procedures in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for $17,400,000)
- Obtained ruling of summary judgment of invalidity for defendant, a manufacturer of plastic crates, in a patent infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin
- Obtained ruling of summary judgment of non-infringement for defendant, a seller of collapsible canopies used for tailgating, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado
- Counsel for company that sells silicone feeding mat products, and was featured on the television show Shark Tank, in a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana (pending)
